At Wolfpack Watches, we stand by the quality of our timepieces and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
✔️ The watch must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation.
✔️ Custom or limited-edition watches cannot be returned unless faulty or defective.
✔️ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us – Email our support team at info@wolfpackwatches.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Approval – If eligible, we will provide a return authorisation and shipping instructions.
- Ship the Item – You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service to ensure safe delivery.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was faulty or incorrectly shipped.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect watch, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
5. Warranty Claims

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

❌ Limited-edition or special-order watches
❌ Gift cards or digital purchases
❌ Watches with signs of wear, damage, or unauthorised repairs
